S2E LUX has been entrusted to Stefano Pileri, a financial executive with over 25 years of international experience in Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Asset Servicing, who takes on the role of CEO and Executive Director. His profile combines operational expertise, in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulations, and responsibilities in governance and AML/CFT compliance.

The local environment is undergoing a significant phase of evolution: alongside the reinforcement of anti-money laundering safeguards and the stability of the financial system, demand is increasing for solutions related to cybersecurity, data governance, and artificial intelligence regulation. In this context, a direct presence enables S2E to operate with a local structure and professionals, offering a portfolio of expertise that includes IT infrastructures, core banking environments, advanced security solutions, and AI.
