This framework also covers the protection of human rights and the fight against corruption, establishing clear rules of conduct for everyone across the organization, from executive leadership to operational teams.

Alongside its Organizational Model 231, S2E has implemented a whistleblowing channel designed to provide a confidential and accessible way to report concerns. Its importance is expected to grow over time, particularly in connection with the company's gender equality and inclusion initiatives, where the ability to report issues safely and securely represents both a specific safeguard and a tangible guarantee for people.

Gender equality and inclusion are areas in which S2E has launched a structured improvement journey, with the goal of achieving UNI/PdR 125 certification, which recognizes organizations committed to equity and equal opportunity policies. This journey is closely linked to corporate governance, as it requires measurable KPIs, verifiable processes, and a corporate culture in which stated values are consistently reflected in everyday practices.
