The initiative brought together professionals and experts to explore how to turn data into a concrete lever for improving performance and profitability. These ranged from managing cloud cost transparency according to FinOps principles, to platform consolidation aimed at reducing technological complexity, as well as the use of artificial intelligence in a predictive context to prevent service disruptions and downtime in critical systems. Observability was at the core of the discussion as an element capable of providing a complete, real-time view of IT environments, supporting faster and more informed decision-making. An approach that helps improve operational efficiency and optimize investments, reducing waste and overlaps between tools. Alongside the technical content, the event also featured an experiential moment with a cooking & cocktail class, designed to encourage networking in an informal setting.
