Among the topics discussed during the congress were the orchestration of automated processes, the use of AI to improve operational decision-making, and the new architectures that enable automation projects to scale within organizations. Considerable attention was also given to aspects related to the governance of automation platforms, the management of data used by intelligent systems, and the ways companies are moving from pilot projects to more structured implementations.
