S2E at the IA Congress in Milan
On March 3-4, S2E took part in the IA Congress in Milan with its own stand, an international event dedicated to Intelligent Automation that brings together companies, analysts, and technology providers involved in developing solutions based on RPA, AI, and process automation.
The 2026 edition placed particular focus on the evolution of automation toward more advanced models, where software robots, machine learning, and smart agents work together in an integrated way. Among the topics discussed during the congress were the orchestration of automated processes, the use of AI to improve operational decision-making, and the new architectures that enable automation projects to scale within organizations.
Considerable attention was also given to aspects related to the governance of automation platforms, the management of data used by intelligent systems, and the ways companies are moving from pilot projects to more structured implementations.
Participating in the event offered us the opportunity to closely follow the discussions among industry operators on how automation is evolving from a simple optimization of repetitive tasks into a structural component of digital transformation strategies.
