S2E supports the Tea Group in modernizing its IT with HaloITSM

The Tea Group, a multi-utility company based in Mantua and operating in the energy, environment and water sectors, has begun a process of transformation to modernise, scale up and make its IT governance more business-oriented. To this end, the company has selected S2E, a leading Italian system integrator of HaloITSM, as its technology partner.

The project, which was launched in March and went live in June, resulted in the adoption of HaloITSM's cloud-native and AI-ready platform. This platform is capable of centralising incident, request, problem and change management processes according to ITIL4 best practices. 

Thanks to its integration with asset management and monitoring tools, the company now enjoys more efficient, automated and user-friendly IT management. Benefits include a 35% reduction in resolution times, 50% automation of standard workflows and more robust, transparent governance.

This project is a concrete step towards Enterprise Service Management.
