Italia Capitalis operates in the private capital sector through a platform designed to connect companies and institutional investors for the issuance and subscription of minibonds. In a market where transparency, reliability, and timely access to information are critical factors, the company stands out for its ability to simplify complex investment processes through advanced technological solutions.
At the core of its value proposition lies the effective management of a vast and structured document repository, including regulations, financial statements, technical documentation, and compliance materials. This area presented a concrete challenge for platform users, who were required to manually navigate large volumes of documents to find specific answers - an activity that often took hours.
S2E designed and developed a generative AI-powered conversational agent deployed on AWS infrastructure. The solution transforms access to regulatory, documentary, and financial information: users can now obtain answers in natural language within seconds, eliminating the need to manually search through documents. As a result, Italia Capitalis’ document repository becomes a strategic asset that can be easily queried and leveraged.
The architecture is built on Amazon Bedrock and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, ensuring that responses remain grounded in official content while providing a conversational interface aligned with the client’s visual identity.
The results are measurable: information retrieval times have been reduced from hours to seconds, delivering a smoother and more immediate user experience.
