By default, Generative Shield applies the risk categories listed in the AI Act, but companies can define custom filters to intercept critical information within conversations and determine the appropriate strategy: automatic blocking, user alerts, or controlled approval. The system can also moderate responses generated by AI agents, preventing the dissemination of content that does not comply with internal policies or regulatory requirements. Generative Shield also introduces a layer of disintermediation and centralized governance, integrable via API with any AI agent, with native integration for agents developed through the Generative Pillars suite. This approach standardizes security, control, and observability policies across all active enterprise use cases. The solution is fully GDPR-compliant and designed to provide a secure, data-protection-focused infrastructure.
