Some can be created directly by users, describing the agent’s role or task in natural language and connecting it to specific corporate knowledge bases, either static or dynamic. Agents created within an organization can be made available to everyone or assigned only to specific functions or departments, with the possibility of configuring customized access depending on authorization levels. For more specific needs, agents can also be developed and configured by the research and development team, in order to address particular requirements related to processes, industry sectors, or integration with existing company systems.
